config/config.lua:
To add a language, copy both English files, rename them and translate them. Keep
{placeholders} and %s. Missing texts fall back to English. Both folders stay editable when the resource is escrow-protected, and no rebuild is needed.
In locales/ui/<lang>.json, meta.dateLocale sets the date format and meta.currency the money layout, for example "{amount} CHF".
