aps_banking works with aps_cityhall when it is started. Without it nothing changes. Credit score: once a day, overdue bills and overdue taxes lower the score. Set the amounts in Config.Loans.credit.changes, with dailyCityHallLimit as the most one day can take. Switch it off with Config.Features.cityhall. Society money: City Hall sends bill and tax money to APS Banking society accounts automatically. To set it by hand, use Config.Society.system = 'aps_banking' in City Hall’s config.compat.lua. Both need a City Hall version with the getOverdueSummary export and the aps_banking society option.
