ATMs

ATM settings live in Config.ATM in config/config.lua. Players use an ATM through its model or by using a card item nearby. They pick a card, enter the PIN and can withdraw or deposit straight away. With one usable card, or when using a card item, the card step is skipped.

`amounts`	Quick amount buttons
`sessionMinutes`	How long a PIN stays valid
`itemNeedsAtm`	A card item only works next to an ATM

Withdrawals count against the card’s daily limit, which resets at midnight (database time). The animation is set with Config.AtmAnimation in config/config.client.lua.
