# Hacking

Hidden commands in the PC's Command Prompt for criminal roleplay. They are not listed by `help` — players find them in roleplay, or with `netscan`.

| Command | Does |
| - | - |
| `netscan` | Shows the City Hall network — the hint that the other commands exist. No item, no risk. |
| `whois <plate>` | Registered owner, model, insurance and fleet of a vehicle. |
| `sqldump <name>` | A citizen's licenses, valid documents and vehicles. |
| `inject <bill id>` | Lowers one of the hacker's *own* unpaid bills by 10–40 %, rarely voids it. Always leaves an anonymous *data anomaly* in the Government Portal; the bill is marked *Manipulated* for staff. |

* A failed attempt — or a successful one that is *traced* — writes a **security incident** with the character's name (Government Portal → *Security incidents*) and calls `Alert`. The built-in alert notifies `policeJobs` and puts a flashing blip at the PC.
* Wrong input (bad plate, someone else's bill) doesn't count as an attempt.
* Everything is decided on the server: the client only sends the command text.
