# Commands

| Command | Restrictions | Description |
| - | - | - |
| `_generatevin` | Server console only | Gives every owned vehicle without a VIN a new one. Run it once after installing. |
| `/cityhall` | `Config.Command.enabled` (off by default), optional ACE `Config.Command.ace` | Opens the PC anywhere. Name set in `Config.Command.name`. While enabled, the City Hall location check is off. |
| `/checkdocument <serial>` | `Config.DocumentSystem.checkCommand.enabled`, jobs in `checkCommand.jobs` (job = minimum grade) | Looks up any document by its serial number. |
| `/checkvin` | `Config.VIN.checkCommand.enabled`, jobs in `checkCommand.jobs`, within `checkCommand.distance` | Shows VIN, owner and insurance of the closest vehicle. |

>
> For an ACE-restricted command add for example `add_ace group.admin aps_cityhall.open allow` to your `server.cfg` and set `Config.Command.ace = 'aps_cityhall.open'`.

## Hidden Command Prompt commands

Typed inside the PC's Command Prompt, not in the chat. Need the `hacking_usb` item. See [Hacking](https://docs.aps-store.com/assets/aps_cityhall/guides/hacking.md).

| Command | Description |
| - | - |
| `netscan` | Shows the City Hall network (hint that the other commands exist). |
| `whois <plate>` | Owner, model and insurance of a vehicle. |
| `sqldump <name>` | A citizen's licenses, documents and vehicles. |
| `inject <bill id>` | Lowers one of the hacker's own unpaid bills. |
