# Migration

> Import accounts and history into aps_banking from qb-banking, qb-management, Renewed-Banking or okokBanking with the one-time console command.

aps\_banking has one-time importers that bring balances and accounts over from your old banking script.

| Source | Detected from | Imported |
| - | - | - |
| `qb-banking` | `bank_accounts`, `bank_statements` | Job, gang and shared accounts, history |
| `qb-management` | `management_funds` | Job and gang funds |
| `Renewed-Banking` | `bank_accounts_new`, `player_transactions` | Job, gang and shared accounts, history |
| `okokBanking` | `okokbanking_societies`, `okokbanking_accounts` | Society funds, extra accounts |

> [!TIP]
>
> **Player bank money is never touched.** It stays in the framework.

> [!WARNING]
>
> A single balance above `Config.Security.maxAmount` (default 100,000,000) is not imported. Raise that value before you run the importer if an old account holds more.

## Steps

**1. Back up your database**

Make a full backup first, because the importer writes to your database and renames tables.

**2. Stop the old resource**

Remove it from `server.cfg` and restart. The importer refuses to run while it is started.

**3. See what was found**

In the **server console**:

```text theme={null}
aps_bank_migrate
```

**4. Run it**

```text theme={null}
aps_bank_migrate run qb-banking
```

Source tables are renamed to `<name>_aps_archive`, never dropped. Each imported row is noted in `aps_bank_migrated`, so running a source twice can't import anything twice.
