# City Hall

> Connect aps_banking to aps_cityhall so overdue bills and taxes lower the credit score and bill money reaches society accounts.

aps\_banking works with [aps\_cityhall](https://docs.aps-store.com/assets/aps_cityhall) when it is started. Without it nothing changes.

**Credit score:** once a day, overdue bills and overdue taxes lower the score. Set the amounts in `Config.Loans.credit.changes`, with `dailyCityHallLimit` as the most one day can take. Switch it off with `Config.Features.cityhall`.

**Society money:** City Hall sends bill and tax money to APS Banking society accounts automatically. To set it by hand, use `Config.Society.system = 'aps_banking'` in City Hall's `config.compat.lua`.

Both need a City Hall version with the `getOverdueSummary` export and the `aps_banking` society option.
