# Common Errors

> Fixes for common aps_banking problems: old oxmysql, missing tables or items, closed sessions, card items on ox_inventory and stopped migrations.

Most problems come from the start order in `server.cfg` or a missing dependency. If your problem is not listed here, open a ticket with the console output.

> [accordion] "oxmysql is too old: MySQL.startTransaction is missing"
>
> Update oxmysql to 2.8 or newer. Money transfers need its transactions.

> [accordion] "Table 'aps\_bank\_accounts' doesn't exist"
>
> The tables are created on start, so this means that failed. Check the console for an oxmysql error just after the resource starts, and check that the database user has the `CREATE` right.

> [accordion] The bank opens but says "Please reopen the bank."
>
> The session ended, usually because the player walked away (`Config.Security.maxDistance`) or the resource restarted. Close and open it again.

> [accordion] Using a card item does nothing on ox\_inventory
>
> The item needs the server export. See [Items](https://docs.aps-store.com/assets/aps_banking/guides/items.md).

> [accordion] "This item is not set up on the server" / "Item aps\_bank\_card is not defined"
>
> The items are missing from your inventory. Add them as shown in [Items](https://docs.aps-store.com/assets/aps_banking/guides/items.md), then restart the inventory. On ox\_inventory this also shows in the console on start.

> [accordion] "Migration stopped: … is still running"
>
> Stop the old resource, remove it from `server.cfg` and run the command again.

> [accordion] Society balance shows 0 on ESX
>
> The job has no `society_<job>` row in `addon_account`. It is created the first time the account is used. If your jobs use another prefix, set `Config.Society.prefix`.
